I am a settler here.
I respectfully acknowledge that I live and work on the traditional and unceded territory of the Coast Salish Peoples, including the W̱SÁNEĆ (Tsartlip and Pauquachin) Nations. I honor their enduring relationship with this land and am committed to fostering respect and reconciliation.

As someone who has navigated the complexities of a busy mind in a busy world, I understand the challenges of feeling overwhelmed and scattered. My personal journey with ADHD has equipped me with a unique set of tools and strategies for thriving amidst these challenges.
Through my experiences as a senior executive, entrepreneur, and parent, I've learned to design solutions, cultivate resilience, and maintain a grounded, purposeful outlook.
Now, as a Certified Executive Coach (ICF) and Certified Forest Therapy Guide (ANFT), I share these insights and practices with my clients. I'm particularly passionate about working with individuals, including those with ADHD, to help them find clarity, simplicity, and a renewed sense of purpose. My approach integrates practical coaching with the restorative practice of Forest Therapy.

Drawing on over 25 years of experience in leadership and personal development, I've helped countless individuals connect with their inner strengths and navigate life's challenges. I believe in a holistic approach, integrating coaching with nature-based practices to support the whole person.

The past few years have brought unprecedented change, disrupting our routines and sense of stability. This disruption can be a catalyst for positive transformation. My approach provides a safe and supportive space to explore this transformation, cultivate wellbeing, and rediscover a sense of balance and groundedness

Together, we'll work to define your priorities, experiment with new ways of being, and reflect on your core values. This process will help you explore new options, access valuable resources, and cultivate a sense of groundedness and self-confidence.
You will feel grounded again.

I'm here to guide you in developing the internal compass you need to move forward with assurance.

At the peak of COVID, I volunteered as a Canadian Certified Forest Therapy Guide to provide virtual guided walks to medical professionals in BC. in support of their mental health and wellbeing during this difficult time in the world.

I’m deeply honoured to be part of giving back to people who care for the wellbeing of our communities.
