HOW CAN YOU HELP ME FEEL GROUNDED?

It’s hard to feel grounded when you’ve experienced significant change. The good news is, when you return to what matters most to you with a clear mind and calm nervous system, you can find your rhythm and confidence again.


Feel Grounded is a 3-month program where you will be personally guided by Valerie McIntyre-Baird. During your time together, you will:

 

  • Explore and choose what matters most to you

  • Proactively plan how to restore and maintain balance in these key areas of your life

  • Craft a personal filter for all your choices, decisions and priorities – creating a clear mind and a sense of confidence in your daily life

  • Design and experiment with routines that are a natural fit for you, creating a sense of rhythm in your life

  • Spend guided time in nature to calm your nervous system, connect to your intuition, improve your critical thinking and boost your immune system

  • Feel like you have your feet firmly planted on the ground, ready for anything.

 

An impactful program for TEAMS...

Teams often participate in the “Feel Grounded” 3-month program to ensure everyone has a consistent and confidential way to intentionally focus on their wellbeing, decide on their priorities, ask for what they need, find resources to support them –and do this as a team to remain connected and supportive of each other. By incorporating regular  Remotely-Guided Forest Therapy sessions in this program, remote teams step outside to collectively calm their minds, reduce anxiety, improve critical and creative thinking and stay connected with each other.

Even when people are apart, they can still feel close together.  Families and friends around the world have found deep connection by participating in the “Feel Grounded” 3-month program.  Everyone supports each other's wellbeing by encouraging individuals to choose their priorities, ask for what they need, find resources to support them – and do this via warm conversations that help them feel connected and supported. By incorporating regular Remotely-Guided Forest Therapy sessions in this program, families and friends step outdoors to collectively calm their minds, reduce anxiety and share the beauty of where they are.

HOW CAN I STAY GROUNDED?


After completing the Feel Grounded Program, participants often want to continue to invest in themselves:
 

  • Some find that their renewed confidence has inspired them to focus on fresh priorities.

  • Many choose a significant change that underpins their replenished wellbeing and they want to repeat the process to help them navigate through this change.

  • Others feel that they still have work to do – they want to take their time and be gentle with themselves.

  • Participants of the original Feel Grounded Program are welcome to enroll in the Stay Grounded Program as often as they wish.

for individuals

This Plan includes the following:

  • A 60-minute Getting-Started Session to design your next 3 months together.

  • A Personal Assessment to discover what matters most to you right now - acting as the foundation for your priorities and decisions.

  • Your Life on Purpose guide and journal.

  • 6 virtual Professional Coaching sessions (60 minutes each).

  • 3 remotely-guided Forest Therapy Sessions (90 minutes each).

$2,900/person for 3 months, or $1,000/person/month if paid monthly

FEEL GROUNDED PROGRAM
for groups

This Plan includes the following:

 

  • A 60-minute Getting-Started Session to design your next 3 months together.

  • A private Personal Assessment for each group member to discover what matters most to you right now -acting as the foundation for your priorities and decisions.

  • Your Life on Purpose guide and journal.6 private virtual Professional Coaching sessions (60 minutes each).

  • 3 group remotely-guided Forest Therapy Sessions (90 minutes each).

  • A private online Group to share your insights and progress with your group.

  • Bi-weekly prompts to guide your group check-in calls, encouraging rich conversations in support of each other's progress.

Group Booking of 5 or more people: $2,400/person for 3 months, or $840/person/month if paid monthly

All Feel Grounded Program registration includes a hand-picked “West Coast Comforts” gift box which contains a selection of local, handmade items from the West Coast of Canada – meant to share a little bit of Valerie's home with you.

STAY GROUNDED PROGRAM
for individuals

This Plan includes the following:

  • A 60-minute Getting-Started Session to design your next 3 months together.

  • Revisit and refine your Personal Assessment.

  • Your Life on Purpose guide and journal.

  • 6 virtual Professional Coaching sessions (60 minutes each).

  • 2 remotely-guided Forest Therapy Sessions (90 minutes each).

$2,500/person for 3 months, or $875/person/month if paid monthly

STAY GROUNDED PROGRAM
for groups

This Plan includes the following:

 

  • A 60-minute Getting-Started Session to design your next 3 months together.

  • A private Personal Assessment for each group member to discover what matters most to you right now -acting as the foundation for your priorities and decisions.

  • Your Life on Purpose guide and journal.

  • 6 private virtual Professional Coaching sessions (60 minutes each).

  • 3 remotely-guided virtual Forest Therapy Sessions (90 minutes each).

  • A private online Group to share your insights and progress with your group.

  • Bi-weekly prompts to guide your group check-in calls, encouraging rich conversations in support of each other's progress.

Group Booking of 5 or more people: $2,000/person for 3 months, or $720/person/month if paid monthly
